Students who are interested in the field of education should join because:

• CSUF is a commuter school, so it can often be difficult to meet friends outside of your class who have interests similar to yours. By joining, you can meet likeminded individuals and build a community of future educators that can turn into lifelong friendships :)

• It looks good on a resume that you participated in campus/club activities

• There are opportunities to apply for leadership positions 

• Participate in community service events 

• Opportunities for networking and building connections 

• Earn a graduation cord and sash

• Our events are open to everyone, so you can always bring a friend, partner, and/or family member, even if they do not go to CSUF.
