In partnership with our Gold Level sponsor, Mosaic Global Transportation, we are pleased to provide shuttle service to many of the events and activities taking place throughout the conference.

All shuttles will depart from and return to the conference’s primary locations: the DoubleTree by Hilton Pomona and the Cal Poly Pomona Bronco Student Center.

Shuttle service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: Shuttles will depart every 15 minutes after the start time for the dinner events, and for workshop events, the first bus will leave 10 minutes after the start time or as soon as the bus reaches capacity.

Approximate Travel Times

Please allow approximately 10 minutes for travel between the DoubleTree and the Bronco Student Center, 15 minutes between the DoubleTree and Kellogg House, and 10 minutes between the DoubleTree and University Plaza. Actual travel times may vary depending on traffic and campus conditions.

Wednesday, July 8: 

• 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. | Shuttle service from the DoubleTree to the Bronco Student Center

• 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. | Shuttle service from the Bronco Student Center to DoubleTree 

• 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. | Continuous shuttle service from the DoubleTree to Kellogg House for the Networking Dinner (A Shuttle leaves every 15 minutes)

• 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.| Continuous shuttle service from Kellogg West to the DoubleTree   (A shuttle leaves every 15 minutes)

Thursday, July 9:

• 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. | Shuttle service from DoubleTree to Bronco Student Center

• 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. | Shuttle service from Bronco Student Center to DoubleTree will operate on a continuous loop

• 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. | Shuttle service from the DoubleTree to the University Plaza for the Bronco Bash + Award Ceremony  (A shuttle leaves every 15 minutes)

• 7:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.| Shuttle service to and from University Plaza for the Bronco Bash to the DoubleTree will operate on a continuous loop  (A shuttle leaves every 15 minutes)
