Preferred Qualifications
Previous law enforcement or RP experience
Strong understanding of traffic law and criminal procedure
Leadership or supervisory experience
Good record of community involvement
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
Age Requirement: Minimum age of 16 (RP Requirement)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
No major disciplinary history in the community
Ability to follow commands and department policy
Professional conduct and communication skills
Successful completion of department training program
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Working microphone, headset, and keyboard
