Tactical EMS (TEMS)

Job Description :  

Tactically trained Medics & EMTs to provide in-the-field medical care to fellow SWAT members.

Day to Day Operations :

Typically EMT or Paramedic that is on-call for a TEMS deployment in which they will activate with the SWAT Team.

Required Company Training :

• TEMS

• Atleast BLS

• Ambulance EVOC

Payment : 

$1000 per logged Call

Paramedics

Job Description : 

Advanced Life Support (ALS) members trained in advance medical procedures, life-saving medications, and much more.

Day to Day Operations :

Members will be on duty at station to work on an ambulance or flycar to answer calls for service providing advance care either on scene or intercepting and boarding ambulances (LAFD or AMR).

Required Company Training :

• ALS

• EMT (BLS)

• Ambulance EVOC 

Payment :  

$400 per scheduled hour

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)

Job Description : 

Basic Life Support (BLS) members trained in basic life saving procedures.

Day to Day Operations :

Members will be on-call with POVs or on duty at station to work on the ambulance and answer calls for service. 

Required Company Training :

• EMT (BLS)

• Ambulance EVOC

Payment : 

$200 per scheduled hour

Ambulance Operators

Job Description : 

Trained in safe driving operations of the ambulance. Best for those who want to get a foot in the medical world and try it out!

Day to Day Operations :

Members will be on-call with Personally Owned Vehicles (POV) or on duty at station to drive the ambulance during calls for service.

Required Company Training :

• Ambulance EVOC

Payment : 

$100 per scheduled hour
