As of October 1, 2025, full free movement of CARICOM nationals has been implemented among the following Member States:
Barbados
Belize
Dominica
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
This means that eligible nationals from these countries can:
Enter without the need for a Skills Certificate
Live and work in these participating countries
Move freely within this group of Member States
Since the implementation of the Enhanced Cooperation Free Movement regime on 1 October 2025, a total of 146 beneficiaries have been granted Full Free Movement status in Belize.
During the same period, 9 beneficiaries registered with the Social Security Board to access the employment-related services and benefits available under the regime.

Between 2015 and 2025, Belize verified a total of 151 CARICOM Skills Certificates for Belizean nationals seeking to exercise their right to work across the region.
For the period 2021-2025, Belize exported an annual average value of BZD $85M to CARICOM Member States and imported an annual average value of BZD $65M.
Top exports over the years have been orange juice concentrate, cane sugar, and red kidney beans.
