Technical skills

Lessons learned: 

throughout taking this course, I have learned many new skills that I would have not known about my computer. For starters, I learned how to navigate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I would have never known how to use the notes tool in PowerPoint for presentations nor would I know how to properly cite my sources using Word. I also learned the proper online etiquette when online such as not going off-topic on a thread or not typing in all caps. One of the final things I learned was how to protect myself online, I now read more about a pop-up instead of just clicking a random link and I am not as trusting with emails that I was not expecting.
