Global Project

Description:

The purpose of this project is to explore global technology issues and practice core digital literacy skills while using online collaboration tools and application software. 

This project has students working in small groups to research and collaborate. Students will compare and contrast global communities and their use and availability of technology. My Group had done France and Brazil, I did France. and we focused on 

• Demographics 

• Languages Spoken 

• Climate 

• Technology Usage/Culture 

• Population 

• digital divide 

Lessons Learned: 

One of the lessons i have learned is as long as you gameplan a great structure for the project and effectively communicate you are able to complete a lot of things. I also learned that Brazil speaks french and also has a wide variety of ethnic groups.
