We practiced using Mind Maps, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to organize and share information clearly.

Important Terms
Information Hierarchy – organizing info in levels (folders, headings) to make it easy to find
Root Folder – the main folder that holds all other files and folders
Working File – editable file used while creating a project
Deliverable File – final version shared with others, usually not editable
Saving – keeping a file in its original format to edit later
Exporting – converting a file to another format (like PDF) for sharing
Operating System – software that runs your computer and programs
Open Source Software – software anyone can view, change, and share
Styles / Headings – formatting tools to organize document titles and sections
Font – the style and size of text
Multimedia – using multiple media types in a project:

Video
Animation
Relative Reference – spreadsheet cell reference that changes when copied
Absolute Reference – spreadsheet cell reference that stays the same when copied
