Learned what an LMS and IS means
I used Word to create a report on bicycle safety
Wrote a professional email
Learned how to use signature files and attachments in an email
What I Learned:
The terms “waffle” and “hamburger” for menus were new to me!
How to create a rule in my professional email
Reflection:
Unit 0 gave me an idea about how to take my emails to the next level by using signatures and rules and headings to make things look and sound better.
