I am a nail technician. My main job is to create beautiful nail sets for my clients. I am currently taking classes at CCBC to better integrate into American Culture and improve my English Communication skills when working with customers.
In addition, I am taking the CSIT 101 course, where I will not only become more confident using computers but also learn how to use technology effectively to support my studies and future career.
My hobbies include running, listening to love songs, and cooking. I also enjoy gardening and growing flowers. Currently, I live in Catonsville, Maryland, with my wife, my son, and our adorable dog, Cooper.

This semester in CSIT 101, I learned many basic computer skills. I learned how computers work, including hardware, software, files, folders, and operating systems like Windows. I also learned how to use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition, I learned how to use the internet and email safely and responsibly. I now understand online safety, digital ethics, and how technology affects our daily life and society.
The ePortfolio project helped me improve my organization and writing skills. When I started, I did not know how to organize a website or write clear project reflections. Now I can add images, fix broken links, and explain what I learned in each unit. I had to review my work, fix mistakes, and present my assignments in a clear and professional way. At first it was challenging, but I improved step by step.
Building this portfolio taught me to pay attention to details like spelling, headings, and design. I also built soft skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving. I am proud of my work, and I will use these skills in my future classes and job. This course prepared me for future studies and possible careers in technology.
