Chinese Language Summer Immersion Camp in Baton Rouge

Welcome to the 2026 Chinese Language Summer Immersion Camp in Baton Rouge, hosted by the Chinese Language School of Baton Rouge (CLSBR)! Following the success of our 2023 - 2025 camps, we’re thrilled to bring it back for another exciting year. Open to children ages 5-11, this immersive experience requires no prior Chinese language knowledge - perfect for beginners and returning campers!

Cost:

$210/week tuition + $50 non-refundable registration fee

(Campers bring lunch and two snacks daily.) 

Ages:

5 - 11

Schedule: 

Dates                 May 26 - July 31, 2026 (10 weeks / 5 sessions; Monday - Friday except holidays)                    

Time                  8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Early Care         7:30 AM - 8:30 AM (Available per request one week ahead; $75 per week)

After Care         4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (Available per request one week ahead; $75 per week, or $30 daily)

Cancellation Policy: 

The registration fee is non-refundable. Tuition refunds are available up to two weeks before the session starts. 

Teaching Assistant and Volunteer Opportunity: 

The Teaching Assistant (TA) will be responsible for assisting the teacher with teaching-related activities and tasks.   

The volunteers will assist with classroom management and various tasks to support the smooth operation of the summer camp.

Parents Waiver Form: 

To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we require each family to complete and sign a Parents Waiver Form (see link below) before summer camp begins. Please return the wet-signed waiver form by the first day of school. A scanned copy with a wet signature sent to BtrChineseSchool@gmail.com is also accepted.
