Parents Waiver Form: 

To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we require each family to complete and sign a Parents Waiver Form (see link below) before summer camp begins. Please return the wet-signed waiver form by the first day of school. A scanned copy with a wet signature sent to BtrChineseSchool@gmail.com is also accepted.
