When looking at the data at the block level, there are a lot of tall buildings in the Loop area when filtering the data by building heights.

When looking at the South Lawndale community area, and you filter the data based on building age. A lot of the buildings are older than 60 years.

In the Near West Side community there is a industrial building that uses a lot of electricity and gas.

More electricity is used in the Loop area than the Near North Side Area.
