Thinking: Television / media consumption / loss of privacy,
Dehumanization - use of excessive surveillance, system understands all actions made by participants, loss of authenticity
Not just from the government, but from the way that community interacts with one another. No interpersonal privacy
Every aspect of the individual is a quantitative piece of information. No room for individuality
You are forced to portray yourself in a regulated way. Only a certain number of items to obtain.
Either a worker -- gaining credits, spending credits, or a channel creator -- deciding the future of fellow citizens

Theory that bikes are not actually necessary -- the system is created to enforce an ever-lasting, non-problematic society
New channel created to talk about the flaws of the system, but this new channel doesn't change the minds of anyone watching. Channels are meant and shown to connect individuals in the system, but they don't actually add to society.
The illusion of expressing yourself, especially in content, is created through automated means
