CS1 Project Outline
Project Focus
The focus is to rebrand Google Pixel as the ultimate "No Brainer" phone. A phone that balances intelligent features, minimalist design, and lifestyle integration. The content messaging will emphasize practical AI-powered value, camera superiority, and effortless Google integration.
Project Overview
Google Pixel has struggled with the adoption of its smartphone, often overshadowed by the dominance of Apple and Samsung in the smartphone world. This strategy aims to change the position of Google Pixel and rebrand it as the smarter and the easy choice. Through a full rebranding with launch of Pixel 10, changes will need to be made to color scheme, logo refresh and tone. The campaign will also focus on real life usage of its AI tools, camera quality, and unique features.
Content will be featured on: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Google owned blogs, and short-form video content showcasing Pixel's smartest features in everyday moments.
Goals & Measurement
The marketing content that I will be creating will increase social media follower engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. I plan to get 5,000 new followers within 6 months. The overall objective is to increase the demand for the Google Pixel phone, increase Pixels product page visits, and gain 2,000 more preorders.
The purpose of blog and social media posts will be to educate current and future customers about Pixel's smart features. These features include AI-powered photography, call filtering, and live translation. I'll be composing blog posts that show how Pixel addresses everyday problems, comparing to the competition, and how it enhances daily life. I'll also have content highlighting photo tips, real-life user experiences, and behind-the-scenes of Google's AI technology. Everything will provide people with more confidence in going with Pixel and excited about the way it fits their life.
The intent of Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube shorts is to reach more potential customers and develop overall brand awareness. I will monitor this using metrics tools like Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics, in addition to engagement metrics.

I will draw upon my own experience using the Pixel to discover interesting perspectives and real life action. This will make the content authentic, useful, and intriguing to the audience.

To create my content plan, I'll look for the most recent trends on TikTok Reels, Shorts, and TikTok through Explore and Trending pages. I'll also look at product reviews on YouTube, social media tech reviewers (such as Marques Brownlee & Linus Tech Tips), and Google support websites officially in order to effectively show features.
