I made this mask within 48 hours. I created my own pattern out of foam, sanded the pieces smooth, and painted it a bone gray to mimic the one Luz wears in the show, The Owl House. I added real tape to the “broken” horn and used a thin paint brush to outline the crack and give it a cartoon look.
I used wood glue as a sealant for the foam. I usually use Plasti-dip to seal foam, but I loved how the brushstrokes gave it more texture and the matte finish suited the mask well.
I also dremeled out the holes a little bigger than normal to mimic Luz's eyes.
