Growth Mindset:

Growth Mindset Phrase Brainstorm- Have groups develop phrases they can use as a teacher to develop a Growth Mindset.
Gallery Walk- Have students use the Growth Mindset phrases to respond to the following scenarios individually or in pairs:
1. A student fails a major writing assignment who usually does well.
2. A group of students are struggling to work collaboratively on a project.
3. A student just received a 100% on their writing assignment.
4. A student is struggling to keep up with a paper as they are typing and this student lacks typing skills.
5. Half of the class got 100% on the last assignment- the other half failed miserably.
6. Students nailed their final project/ presentations. They all shared their research well and received A’s!
