December 22: Christmas Joy Event

Thanks to our amazing volunteers and community partners, we put on a fantastic Christmas Joy Event where 185 families got to choose gifts for 550 children. With toy and financial donations from the Alameda County Fire Department, Creekside Community Church, and Redwood Chapel, we were able to provide 1,200 gifts! And thanks to the Linus Project for donating all the handmade blankets.

From the team who helped check in families to the people who baked and served homemade cookies and all the many volunteers who shopped, bagged, and welcomed families, we couldn't have done it without many helping hands!

Of course, the best gift we were able to give to many of the families was a Bible or Gospel message so they can learn more about God's amazing gift of His only Son.
