I work with people of all ages who have experienced trauma and are ready to heal.  Most commonly, my clients have experienced some kind of trauma event(s) and/or disruption in their life (for example: accident, abuse, move, divorce, life changes, death of a loved one, etc.).  Many of my clients come to me because they are having difficulty managing their emotions and relationships with others.

FAQ

Does Heart Space llc take insurance?

Yes. I am a provider with SiimplifiedBA (Montrose School District insurance), Kempton Group (Delta Health Employees), AllOne/Triad EAP, and Mutual of Omaha EAP.  If I am not in network with your insurance, I may be able to provide you with a receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance for your possible reimbursement. If you are paying privately or have a co-pay, Heart Space llc can accept credit cards, HSA cards, checks, and cash.

What are the session rates?

$130 per 45 minute session* 

$150 per 55 minute session* 

*A same day cash pay (or check) discount of $15 off per session is now available.

How frequently should my child go to therapy? Or, how frequently should I go?

Weekly appointments are recommended, especially for the first few months of the therapy process.

Adults and teens are welcome to connect regarding EMDR based Focused Healing Intensives OR weekly sessions.
