Annual dues for Crestwood Farms Residents Association (CFRA) are $50 per household per calendar year—and completely voluntary (though we really hope you join and help support our community).
The dues help cover the cost of annual events, special events, maintenance and beautification of Lake Page and the neighborhood entrances, liability insurance on Lake Page and website hosting.
Dues can be paid at our neighborhood functions or through Venmo @crestwoodfarmsrva (Kim Pate) Please include your address.
Home improvements are awesome —but please contact the Architectural Review Board below to make sure your exterior construction project complies with CFRA guidelines.
