🔸 Visit & Cleaning Pricing

We offer flexible visit durations to suit every setup:

• 15 mins – £10 (light feeding and quick care)

• 30 mins – £20 (standard tank care)

• 60 mins – £40 (for larger or more complex setups)

• 75 mins – £50 (deep clean)

• 90 mins – £60 (extended deep clean)

• 120 mins – £80 (full maintenance including aquascaping or rescape)

Marine tanks require more time and precision, so please allow an additional £5 per 15-minute block depending on the complexity of your setup and species.

🌿 Pond Care

We provide seasonal and one-off pond care visits starting from £40, which includes debris removal, feeding, visual health checks, and filter/equipment observation. For larger or more complex ponds, we’ll provide a tailored quote after your meet & greet.

🔹 Not Sure How Long You’ll Need?

Here’s a rough guide based on common tank sizes and needs:

Basic Clean (25–50% water change, glass wipe, substrate vacuum):

• Small tanks (up to 100L): approx. £20

• Medium tanks (100–350L): approx. £50

• Large tanks (350–500L+): £60 and up

Clean + Equipment Maintenance + Water Testing:

• Small tanks: approx. £36

• Medium tanks: approx. £66

• Large tanks: approx. £86+

Full Service (includes all the above, plus extended testing and aquascaping):

• Small tanks: approx. £48

• Medium tanks: approx. £78

• Large tanks: approx. £98+

 💧 Water Testing

If requested or required while you’re away:

• Using your own test kit: £2 per test (freshwater) or £3 (marine)

• Using Creature Cove’s kit: £4 per test (freshwater) or £5 (marine)

💊 Treatment Application

If your aquatic pet needs water treatments during your absence:

• Using your product: £1 (freshwater) or £2 (marine)

• Using Creature Cove’s treatment: £3 (freshwater) or £5 (marine)

💦 Saltwater & RO Water

We can provide saltwater or RO water upon request — please enquire in advance so we can plan appropriately and quote based on volume and location.

🔑 Key Handling & Travel

• Client drops off key or uses a secure key safe – Free

• Key collection or return by Creature Cove – £10

• Travel beyond 7 miles of WF9 – £0.45 per mile

📆 Weekend & Holiday Surcharges

• Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): +25%

• Bank Holidays: +50%
