Where It All Began

Creature Cove was born from personal experience. As exotic and aquatic pet owners ourselves, we found it incredibly difficult to find trustworthy carers who truly understood the needs of these animals.

While some services claimed to cater for reptiles or fish, the care often stopped at feeding and flipping a few switches — treating complex, sensitive animals as if they were no different than a bowl of kibble.

We returned from holidays to poorly maintained tanks, stressed animals, and enclosures that hadn’t been properly monitored. That’s when we realised the pet care industry didn’t just need more willingness — it needed expertise.

So we built Creature Cove — a service where knowledge, experience, and genuine understanding drive everything we do.
