15 mins (Quick check-in) £10

30 mins (Standard care) £20

60 mins (Extended care or multi-pet households) £40

All visits include:

• Feeding & fresh water

• Habitat/enclosure spot-clean

• Comfort checks & enrichment

• Cuddles, handling, or company (as appropriate to your pet)

• Daily photo/video updates

• Medication administration (if required)

Additional Cost:

Full enclosure clean – £20 per enclosure

🚗 Key Handling Options

• Client drops off key / leaves in safe space – Free

• Creature Cove collects or returns key – £10

📍 Travel & Location Fees

• Standard travel – Free within 7 miles of South Elmsall

• Additional mileage – £0.45 per mile beyond 7 miles

📆 Surcharges

• Weekends (Sat–Sun) – +25%

• Bank Holidays – +50%

• Emergency / Same-Day Booking – +£5

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• If cancelled within 7 days of the start date, the deposit is non-refundable.

• We treat your pets like family and take their safety, health, and comfort seriously. Creature Cove is not liable for events outside of our control (e.g., sudden illness or home emergencies), but we will always act in your pet’s best interest and keep you informed.
