This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorKit AI collects, uses, processes, and protects information when you use the CreatorKit AI mobile application.

Account Information

CreatorKit AI uses Google Sign-In for account authentication. When you sign in, we may receive information from Google necessary to authenticate and manage your account, such as:

• Google account identifier or user ID

• Basic account information required for authentication

This information is used to authenticate you, manage your CreatorKit AI account, and provide access to app features.

Age Group

CreatorKit AI asks users to select an age group, such as:

• 13–15

• 16–17

• 18 or older

The selected age group is used to help provide an age-appropriate experience, including appropriate advertising and privacy handling.

The age-group selection is stored on the user's device. CreatorKit AI does not require users to provide their date of birth for this purpose.

AI Requests and User-Generated Content

When using CreatorKit AI's AI-powered features, you may submit information such as topics, keywords, captions, content descriptions, social media requirements, or other text.

This information is processed to provide requested AI-generated content, including:

• Captions

• Hashtags

• Content ideas

• Image prompts

• Posting schedules

• Reel/video scripts

• Complete social media posts

CreatorKit AI is primarily a text-based AI content creation application and does not itself generate images or videos.

Information submitted for AI generation may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely as necessary to process the request and return the generated result.

Users should not submit passwords, payment information, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential information in AI prompts.

AI Content Reports

CreatorKit AI provides a feature that allows users to report AI-generated content they believe is inappropriate, harmful, unsafe, spam, misleading, or otherwise problematic.

When you submit a report, we may process:

• The AI-generated content being reported

• The reason selected for the report

• Additional details you voluntarily provide

• Your account/user identifier

• The time the report was submitted

This information is used for safety, abuse prevention, investigation, and improvement of the service.

Usage Information

CreatorKit AI may store information necessary to manage AI-generation limits and determine access to Free or Premium functionality.

Free and Premium users may have different usage limits.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide and maintain CreatorKit AI

• Authenticate and manage user accounts

• Generate AI content requested by users

• Apply AI-generation usage limits

• Provide and verify Premium features

• Restore purchases

• Process reports of AI-generated content

3. AI Services

CreatorKit AI uses third-party AI services to process prompts and generate text-based results.

Information submitted to AI features may therefore be transmitted to the relevant AI service provider for the purpose of generating the requested response.

We do not sell your AI prompts or AI-generated content.

4. Advertising

CreatorKit AI may display advertisements to users of the Free version. Premium users may receive an ad-free experience according to their subscription benefits.

We use Google advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Advertising services may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and information relating to advertisement delivery or interaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements and user choices.

Advertising personalization and data processing may vary depending on the user's age group, location, consent choices, privacy settings, and applicable law.

We use available age and privacy controls to help provide appropriate advertising experiences.

Google requires publishers to disclose data collection and use arising from its advertising products, including technologies such as identifiers and IP addresses.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

CreatorKit AI does not sell users' personal information, AI prompts, or AI-generated content for money.

Certain privacy laws in the United States define terms such as "sale," "sharing," and "targeted advertising" more broadly than an ordinary sale of information.

Because CreatorKit AI uses advertising services such as Google AdMob, eligible users may be provided with privacy controls allowing them to opt out of certain advertising-related data processing that may constitute "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable law.

Google's US-state privacy system specifically supports user choices concerning sale, sharing and targeted advertising and communicates applicable opt-out signals through its advertising systems.

6. Privacy and Advertising Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, CreatorKit AI may provide privacy messages or controls regarding advertising and personal-data processing.

European Users

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable jurisdictions may be presented with consent choices regarding advertising and data processing.

Where required, users may manage or withdraw applicable privacy choices through the privacy options provided in the app.

United States Users

Users in applicable US states may be provided with options relating to the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable US privacy laws.

Eligible users may use the privacy options available in the app to manage these choices.

Google's US-state message currently supports privacy legislation across a range of US states and communicates opt-out choices through supported privacy signals.

7. Third-Party Services

CreatorKit AI may use third-party services including:

• Google Firebase for authentication, database, and related application services

• Google Sign-In for authentication

• Google Play for subscription and payment processing

• Google AdMob for advertising

• Third-party AI services for AI content generation

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and according to their applicable privacy policies and terms.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

CreatorKit AI does not directly collect or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI credentials, or other payment credentials used to complete Google Play purchases.

Google Play manages payment processing and subscription transactions.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by CreatorKit AI.

Information transmitted between the app and supported online services is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide CreatorKit AI, operate its features, maintain security, comply with applicable legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business requirements.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your CreatorKit AI account directly from:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

When account deletion is completed, information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, except information that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

12. Children's and Teen Privacy

CreatorKit AI is not intended for children under 13.

CreatorKit AI may be used by teenagers aged 13 and older. The app asks users to select an age group so that age-appropriate privacy and advertising treatment can be applied.

For users identified as being under the applicable age of consent, CreatorKit AI may restrict advertising personalization and use age-related privacy signals supported by its advertising providers.
