Request Account Deletion

If you have a CreatorKit AI account and would like to delete your account and associated data, you can request deletion without reinstalling the app.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

Use the subject line:

CreatorKit AI — Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your CreatorKit AI account.

In your request, include:

• Your CreatorKit AI account email address

• Your request to permanently delete your account and associated data

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After your request is verified, we will delete the CreatorKit AI account and associated personal account information that we control, including the account information associated with your Google Sign-In account.

Subscriptions

If you have an active CreatorKit AI subscription, cancel your subscription through Google Play before requesting account deletion. Cancelling a subscription prevents future subscription charges; deleting your account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.

Data retention

We do not retain personal account data longer than necessary after a verified deletion request, except where retention is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other compliance purposes.
