MEDICAL VISITOR

This could include :

Appointment letter from the hospital detailing the cost and duration of treatment

Evidence to show how the treatment is being paid for
This could include a variety of any of the financial documents outlined above in the finances section

REQUIREMENTS FOR LEAVE TO ENTER AS A VISITOR FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL TREATMENT

in the case of a person suffering from a communicable disease, has satisfied the Medical Inspector that there is no danger to public health; and

can produce satisfactory evidence, if required to do so, of:

satisfactory arrangements for the necessary consultation or treatment at his own expense; and

the estimated costs of such consultation or treatment; and

the likely duration of his visit; and

sufficient funds available to meet the estimated costs
