Exploring the construction site and I'm blown away by the attention to detail. From the sturdy foundation to the sleek design, this property is going to be a masterpiece. Contrasting materials like horizontal wood slats and fiber cement panels create visual interest, while vertical stone cladding adds texture to selected feature walls. Accent elements, such as wood pergolas or concrete finishes, add depth and warmth to the modern design, creating a facade that is both striking and inviting.
The elevation concept for the G+2 residence combines modern contemporary design with warm, organic touches to create a visually striking yet inviting exterior. The facade features a dynamic arrangement of horizontal and vertical planes, with layered projections and recesses adding depth and dimension. Smooth plaster in neutral tones such as white, or light grey serves as the primary material, exuding sophistication and timeless appeal. Accents of natural stone cladding, strategically placed on columns or feature walls, introduce texture and a sense of grounded elegance.
