This G+1 residence embodies principles of modern architecture with its seamless integration of expansive fenestrations, a cantilevered balcony, and site-sensitive design which showcases a meticulous architectural approach, integrating expansive fenestrations that optimize natural light and cross-ventilation. The layout leverages open planning principles, fostering a seamless flow between spaces while maintaining visual and physical connectivity with the verdant outdoors. Designed with sustainability in mind, the site incorporates passive cooling techniques, ensuring comfort and efficiency in its spatial experience.
This G+1 residence combines thoughtful design with ample open spaces to create a perfect balance of elegance and functionality. Surrounded by lush greenery, this site is a testament to how architecture and nature can coexist seamlessly, offering a serene and sustainable living experience. The large windows and balcony serves as a transitional space, blurring the boundary between indoor living and the surrounding greenery.
The Concept To Use Terracotta Jali Pattern As It Was Visually Appealing, Extremely Functional And Efficient. The Terracotta Screens Add Layers Of Discovery Within The Material Palette & Not Just Functional, The Jali Is Also Aesthetically Pleasing And Creates Complex Patterns Of Light And Shadow On The Adjoining Surfaces, It Also Provides Privacy And Acts As Insulation.
