When you are planning to embed items from your Google Drive (e.g. PDFs, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc.) it is a good idea to store all of the files within a single folder.
2. To make all of these files viewable on your website, right-click on the folder name in Google Drive, and select Get link.
3. Change the link sharing option from restricted to Anyone with the link. Then click on Done.
4. Once the files stored in this folder are embedded on a webpage, they will now be visible on your site, regardless of whether your site is set to Public or Restricted.
5. If you forget to manage the permissions of your embedded files, don't worry. Google Sites will prompt you to update them when you publish your site.
