An Invitation to Practice Grace as We Go Through the Ageing Process

Unlike the Breaking Free journaling series (graffiti journaling), this journaling series is far more contemplative and inward focused. Using multiple articles and book excerpts, group discussions, reflective prompts and guest presenters…everyone will be experiencing their own personal journey deeper into the aging self.
Maybe, just maybe…this is an invitation to lose the burden of being someone you once were, and step into and show up “As Is”...as the person you are in this very moment.

Welcoming In Our Creative Spirit!
For the avid journaler or are simply curious and looking for a creative outlet…
The intention of this workshop is to foster inspiration and offer support to each participant. The aim is offer a variety of journaling styles and art mediums…assisting each person to find the style best suited to them.
The foundation of this workshop begins with outlining your own life to create your “bio map”. From there, writing prompts are offered to try on different styles such as stream of consciousness writing, bullet point entries and tangled words format.
There will also be communal activities that involve entry level “art”work. The purpose is to introduce you to a sample of art supplies; discovering what may work best for you.
You will leave with your own journal and entries made during our time together.
