Registration

The cost is $60 per girl. This cost includes all activities, breakfast and lunch on Saturday. 

The cost for leaders and chaperones is $20

Leaders and chaperones must be registered and background checked for the 2022-2023 year. 

Ideally it is easier if the troop collects the money and then submits one payment to our troop; however, parents may pay us directly if it is too problematic for the troop to collect the funds. 

Payment for all participants can be made using the following method:

• One Troop check made payable to GS Troop 40376 

• Venmo - @Troop40376 (see QR code above)

  • Please include the name of the person the payment should be applied too and the troop number

• No Cash will be accepted 

Scouts, Leaders and Chaperones can register here: Girl Scout Encampment Registration 

• Each parent must register their daughter 

• Each Leader/Chaperone must register themselves

No paper rosters will be accepted.  

Checks should be made payable to Troop 40376

Checks can be sent or dropped off to 192 Locust Drive. Deadline for payment is by Sept. 2, 2023  

Any Scouts that are registered but not paid by Sept. 2, 2023 will be removed from the roster.

Parent Permission slip can be found below. Permission slips should be brought to the event and kept onsite by the Troop Leaders.
