Creating an I.T. Ticket

As of March 2024, the CQSB IT Department has set up a new portal which will allow teachers to create new tickets, consult all their active tickets, see their progress, add follow-ups. To access this new ticketing procedure, you will need to log-into Office 365 and look for the C2 tile in the waffle in the top left corner.

Please follow the complete procedure below to create a new entry.

Another new system is being introduced by the CQSB IT department:  an appointment booking system for remote assistance. It will be possible, after creating a ticket (see procedure above), to go to https://booking-it.cqsb.qc.ca/, complete a short form and make an appointment with one of the technicians available. An email and a calendar invitation will then be sent to you to confirm your appointment. It's super easy and convenient!
