Creating booklists, book suggestions, and reader’s advisory.

Some ways I support schools are:
Helping teachers find appropriate technology based on pedagogical intentions.
Directing school teams to appropriate professional development related to the purposeful integration of technology in the classroom.
Examples of support:
Accompanying a teacher team in finding and integrating technology meaningfully in an existing lesson.
Co-planning and modelling a lesson tackling an issue related to ethical citizenship in the digital age.

Ce que je peux faire pour soutenir les équipes écoles:
Répondre à leurs interrogations et explorer avec elles de nouvelles approches et outils pédagogiques pour la salle de classe.
Promouvoir par différents moyens la collaboration entre les enseignants sur des thématiques propres à l’enseignement du français.
Quelques exemples de soutien:
Réfléchir aux côtés des enseignants à certaines impasses ou problématiques encourues et les accompagner dans la recherche de solutions (observations, entretiens, accompagnement en classe, formations).
Proposer différentes avenues (selon préférences exprimées) permettant aux enseignants de se développer dans un domaine d’expertise en FLS/FLE.

Train school teams with the CASP, Challenges, WOTP and other pathways
Organize or find targeted PD for a school team, based on their needs
Explore with teachers different teaching methods and evaluation means for students with various needs

Some ways I support schools/families are:
Answering questions or concerns regarding school materials (textbooks, workbooks, etc.) they may need for different grade/subject levels.
Facilitate the use of learning spaces they might wish to have access to (science lab, library, art room, gym, etc.).
Guide the families about the evaluation requirements and timeframe.
Provide support with upcoming exams (MEQ uniform exams and/or exams mandated by the school board).
