Accommodation

The accommodation for the participants of the Conference CQIS 2018 is booked in single and double rooms in "Protva" hotel at the address

Gostinitsa Protva,

Ulitsa Pobedy, 4а,

Protvino, Moscow region.

The accommodation is free for the invited participants (the accommodation fee will be covered by sponsrs of the Conference).

Catering

Every morning you can have your breakfast in the hotel ``Protva'' which is served in the snack-bar of the hotel at the first floor (the breakfast is included in the price of your room).

For a lunch and supper you can use the following cafes:

1. Cafe ``Russky chai'', open hours 10.00 -- 19.00.

2. Cafe ``501\$'', open hours 13.00 -- 02.00.

3. Cafe ``Burger King'' in the shopping center ``Slava'', open hours 10.00 -- 22.00.

4. Cafe ``Melange'', open hours 11.00 -- 21.00.

These and other cafes, as well as supermarkets ``Diksi'', ``Magnit'' and ``Perekrestok'' (which are open every day approximately form 9.00 till 22.00) can be found on city map.

IHEP Theoretical Division Building

The working sessions of CQIS 2018 will take place in the conference hall of IHEP Theoretical Division building. On leaving the hotel "Protva", turn to the left and follow straightforward passing by the Sport Center "Impuls" till the crssroad with a traffic light. The Theoretical Division building is after the crossroad on the right side of the street (Shembel proezd on the city map). It takes about 4--5 minutes to walk there from the hotel.

Computers and discussion rooms

In the Theoretical Division you can use the free Wi-Fi and guest computers in the room 221 for the Internet connection, printing your materials etc. For informal discussions one can use the rooms 223 and 215 at the second floor and 323 and 320 (the tea room) at the third floor.
