Coach Jake Alexander and his wife, Meaghan, are proud parents of one son. Now entering his third year at Cedar Park High School, Coach Alexander serves as the Head Cross Country Coach and Head Girls Track & Field Coach, where he has led tremendous growth in both participation and competitive success.
A lifelong runner, Coach Alexander competed in cross country and track from middle school through college at Sam Houston State University. After his collegiate running career, he pursued his passion for coaching by serving as the graduate assistant coach for the Bearkats, beginning a career dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the course.
Coach Alexander believes in the principles of "Never Miss a Monday" and that "attitude and effort will take you far in life." His program challenges student-athletes to pursue excellence, embrace hard work, and support one another as they strive to become the best versions of themselves.
Under Coach Alexander's leadership, Cedar Park's Cross Country and Track & Field programs have flourished. Beyond the impressive athletic achievements, he has built a culture centered on family, accountability, and community—one that has earned the respect, trust, and commitment of his athletes. At Cedar Park, runners don't just compete—they become part of the Pack.
Coach Allen Marrow was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned his degree in Physical Education from Wayland Baptist University, where he was also a member of the Pioneers baseball team.
Coach Marrow and his wife, Whitney are the proud parents of three sons: Crash, Boston, and Shock.
Since joining Cedar Park High School in April 2022, Coach Marrow has become an integral part of the Timberwolves athletic program. He serves as Defensive Coordinator, Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Linebackers Coach for the football team. In addition to his football responsibilities, he is also a Track & Field coach and teaches World History at CPHS.
Before coming to Cedar Park, Coach Marrow spent four years at Spearman High School as the Defensive Coordinator and Head Track Coach. He began his coaching career in 2010 in Dalhart, Texas, and has spent more than a decade mentoring student-athletes and building successful programs.
Known for his commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field, Coach Marrow brings energy, leadership, and a passion for helping students grow in character, discipline, and competition.
