After analysing the Community's outstanding debt, there is an invoice for an amount of €6639.70 for which no supporting documentation has been provided (material delivery notes, work reports, etc.), so that this debt may remain outside the general calculation until the documentation is provided by the issuer or the previous administrator.
In this respect, this documentation has been requested on several occasions, but no reply has been received to date.

Since the current Governing Board took office, a number of measures have been taken to reduce expenditure. These include
extension of the automatic watering system, which allows this task to be carried out at night, resulting in less watering time by taking advantage of the humidity in the environment.
replacement of the usual supplier of hardware, cleaning products and pool maintenance products. For the current year, this supplier (DISMAT) has maintained its price list, increasing the discount applied to the chemical products used in the treatment of the pool.
renegotiation of the internet supply contract with Movistar.
renegotiation of the contract for fire extinguisher revision
contracting a flat rate for the management of the current account, paying an annual fee of 240 € and eliminating all the commissions that have been charged up to now.
purchase of products and materials in large supermarkets, whose prices are significantly lower than those of local suppliers. As an example, last year the price paid for each can of paint for the pool was €134.66 per can. By taking advantage of the offer of a large specialist building materials store, the price has been reduced to €79.00 per can.
All the measures that can be taken to reduce the expenses of our community are extremely necessary, so we would be grateful for any suggestions that the owners would like to make to the Board of Governors.
