MENZA 2021 - Congratulations to all our songwriters who entered the National 'Hook-Line and Sing-Along' competition this year. We had 30 students, who wrote 12 songs, either in groups or individually. They all worked incredibly hard, through many lunchtimes and in our weekly extension Music hour.

Two of our student songs were among four highly commended songs in the junior section of the competition (up to Year 8). Well done, girls!

Anya, Khushi and Ritisha wrote this song about what living in Aotearoa means to them. This was their entry for the MENZA Hook-Line-and-Singalong Songwriting competition 2020. Started in Lockdown L4, they choreographed and completed this video using the 'DoInk Green Screen' app.
