Dedan V. Daniel, is a Business Development, Turnaround Management Specialist and Contributor bringing his vast experience in various professional roles. He currently serves as Board Chairman of the Tobago Reforestation and Watershed Management Programme -TRWRP and Director at Tobago Agribusiness Development Company (TADCO)  in Prior roles, he served as President of Tobago Agricultural Society, C.E.O of the Human Capital Development Facilitation  Company Ltd,  The Head of Operations at ExporTT and Adjunct Lecturer in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Finance with several tertiary Institutions. Dedan is also the Owner and Managing Director of VDC Limited a Food Service Company and IMG Ventures which offers Business Advisory and Financing Solutions to small businesses. 

A self-described seeker of knowledge, experiences, and adventure he pursued his Executive M.B.A and later Post M.B.A. at Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. He also the holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Business Administration Double Specialising in Marketing & International Business with a minor in Finance from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. He also studied Music and Theology and is the holder of Professional Certificates in Event Management and Project Management from UWI and School of Business and Computer Science, respectively. 

His evolved work philosophy   is to a combine of design thinking approaches to organise and orchestrate networks of know-how, tools and resources to develop, people and organisations. He envisions self-actualising as a Farmer, Creator and Educator.  For Leisure, he quite enjoys chasing waterfalls by hiking to far-off trails deep into the interior of our beautiful country, permaculture gardening and has recently taken up bonsai art. He is also a bass guitar player.
