If your student is unable to participate in PE, please send a note from the doctor to Nurse Walsh, the classroom teacher, and to us. This helps to ensure that your student is taken care of properly. If you do not have a doctor's note, you can email us or write a note. That note is good for a maximum of five days. After five days a doctor's note is required.

If a doctor's note states that a student is unable to participate until cleared by a physician, we must have a note from the doctor releasing your student to participate before they can join their class in activity. They will also not be able to participate in recess.
