吉田南 Minami Yoshida
ポテコロちゃんの名付け親。ベジママ勉強会メンバー。北海道の酪農家に生まれ、牛をかわいがりながら育つ。札幌で働いたのち、牛たちの為に実家へ戻る。数年前よりパートナーの圭志さんと共にヴィーガンになる。
Minami named ‘Potekoro’ the cow. Vegmama Online Study Group member. Born into a dairy-farming family in Hokkaido, Japan, and grew up loving cows. After working in Tokyo, she returned to her hometown to take care of the cows. Became a vegan with her partner Keishi a few years ago.
吉田圭志 Keishi Yoshida
ポテコロちゃんの写真・動画撮影。学生時代はニュージーランドでの酪農に憧れ、南さんとのご縁で北海道で酪農家になる。プラントベース料理やDIYが得意。
Takes photos and videos of Potekoro. Keishi used to long for dairy farming in New Zealand and became a dairy farmer in Hokkaido since he met Minami. Enjoys plant-based cooking and DIY.
