Nope! Programs are designed to work with whatever you have—gym access, a few dumbbells, resistance bands, or even bodyweight only. All exercises are adaptable, and you’ll receive guidance on equipment options if needed.

You can text, email, or message me anytime, just know I will respond within office hours as soon as I am available. I respect your time as my client and as a human with responsibilities outside of this coaching. I ask for the same in return.
Discovery Calls and Check-in calls (phone or FaceTime) will be scheduled between us, or using my Calendly link. Calls usually last 20-40 minutes.
**International clients: I am willing to schedule calls outside of these parameters due to time differences**
