This gives me a good idea on where you're currently at, what your history is, and what your needs are.
Once I receive your application I will contact you via the phone number or the email address you provided with a link to the Onboarding Instructions, which includes Discovery Call schedule link, payment links, app download links, and equipment recommendations. 1:1 clients will be required to schedule a Discovery Call before we get started. Discovery calls for Community clients are optional, but available.
Payments are processed using Stripe and are in USD. Payments are set on autopay unless otherwise noted. Cancellations must be notified of at least 2 days prior to next billing date. No refunds under any circumstances.
Signing up in the HooeyFit App gives you immediate access to workouts and resources. Payment is processed within the app.
This program is designed for women in the western lifestyle and rodeo world—whether you’re a professional athlete, weekend competitor, high school rodeo athlete, or a busy rodeo mom. If you want to improve your strength, stamina, mental game, and your partnership with your horse (or just your overall health), this program is for you. I don't offer any guarantees simply because of the fact that each individual will respond differently to the program - HOWEVER the athletes that commit to the process and actually do the work get better results than they ever expected: from feeling fantastic in their bodies wearing shorts and a tank top, to carrying themselves tall and proud. This is more than losing inches and pounds - this is about transforming your mind, body, and lifestyle that will carry you through whatever life throws at you.
Yes! 30–45 minutes, 2–4 times per week is enough to see results. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Nope! Programs are designed to work with whatever you have—gym access, a few dumbbells, resistance bands, or even bodyweight only. All exercises are adaptable, and you’ll receive guidance on equipment options if needed.
To get results, you must be willing to:

If you’re in 1:1 Elite Coaching or Community Training, your workouts are delivered through the TrueCoach App.
You’ll get:

Progress tracking and feedback uploads

If you’re in the Barrel Racing Academy or training through the Self-Guided App, your program is delivered in the HooeyFit App — complete with video demos, progress tracking, and your training library.

Discovery Calls and Check-in calls (phone or FaceTime) will be scheduled between us, or using my Calendly link. Calls usually last 20-40 minutes.
