Time Between Sessions
The time between sessions is unsupervised by the Academy. We encourage athletes to use this break to:

Go home to rest, shower, and change clothes
Ice sore muscles
Prepare mentally for their next session

We understand that not all athletes have a ride home during the break. In these cases, athletes are welcome to:

Use the upstairs balcony seating area
Sit outside in the sun
Visit the many stores and restaurants in University Heights, located just across the street from the center

Important:
Athletes will be asked to leave if they are:

Not behaving respectfully
Wandering around the facility (balcony only is permitted
Leaving a mess .
Using a ball while not on the court
Disrupting any session in progress
