Aidyn-Justine Ladd
Coach
Short Bio
My hometown is Moose Jaw: I became passionate about volleyball when I started playing in elementary school. I made my high school senior team in grade 10 and played for moose jaw club volleyball up until 18U.
I rekindled my love for playing volleyball while on maternity leave from my job as a paramedic and have been playing rec. Beach and court since. I love sharing my passion with others and inspiring players to keep practicing for skill and mental health.
My knowledge base is mainly in the medical and fitness/nutrition fields, and I look forward to instilling more knowledge on sports nutrition, conditioning, balance, and first aid among youth.
I am a mom, a full-time paramedic for Saskatoon and a nursing student in my studies. I have focussed my electives on nutrition and kinesiology classes specializing in the functional effects of physical activity relating to strength development and training, Anaerobic training, aerobic training, flexibility, and diet, along with the physical growth patterns of children and the effects of exercise on growing tissues.
