In the event you have misplaced copies of prior semester evaluation results, you may email survey@chapman.edu with your request. Please indicate the course number, name, and the exact semester and year. For example, "Fall 2017 evaluations for Professor Smith teaching ACTG 104-01." If results are available, they will be emailed directly to your Chapman.edu email address. Please note that the online system only maintains the previous 6 years of evaluation results, after which the data is archived and is not as readily available.
Yes and no. When Class Climate is actively collecting data for course evaluations, the website is closed to all users, except Class Climate administrators. Since Chapman University has multiple sessions of classes that open and close throughout the academic year, there are only short windows of opportunity for faculty to access Class Climate. During the majority of the year, it is not available. Class Climate, when open, can be accessed at survey.chapman.edu. If you receive a message that your account has been "deactivated" it is because Class Climate is actively collecting course evaluation data and is closed to all users.
This means we are currently collecting evaluation data or there is an open grading period. You will need to rely on the emailed PDFs you previously received or, if you need immediate access, you may ask your dean/chair who reviews your course evaluations to download your past results and send them to you.
If you are no longer employed at Chapman University and need access to your course evaluations, please email survey@chapman.edu with your name and the course numbers and sections, terms taught, along with the academic years, and we will assist you.
For any questions related to Class Climate, please email survey@chapman.edu.
