Follow up!
You may have already started, but if not, you can start TODAY with your initial thank you messages, and then put the 2 week and 2 month outreach in your calendar so you don't forget.
I've included suggested verbiage that you can personalize and use!
Follow up 2 days after order (or, start this week!):
1. Thank them for their business and support of our mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone.
2. Share a tip or 'how to' for the product(s) they ordered (or better yet, send them a VIDEO!).
3. Invite them to follow you on social media if you share helpful tips, inspiration and how to's related to Beautycounter and clean living. While social media will NEVER replace personal outreach and face to face conversations it is a great way to keep in touch with your clients and stay top of mind.
Here's an example of a follow up email:
Hi Jane!
Thank you for your order and support of my business and Beautycounter's mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. I'm so excited for you to try the new brow gel. Check out this blog post/quick video on how to master the perfect brow. Your satisfaction with the products you purchased is important, so if you need help with anything, please let me know!
Also, if you aren't already, I would love to invite you to follow me on Instagram. It's a great place to learn more about #betterbeauty and healthy living.

Follow up 2 weeks after order (put it in your calendar so you don't forget):
1. Check in to make sure they're loving their products and to see if they have any questions. Keep it short and sweet.
2. Share a tip or 'how to' for the product(s) they ordered if you didn't in your first follow up email.
3. Once they reply that they're loving their products, ask them if they've considered the business. Ask permission to send additional information.
Here's an example of a follow up email:
Hi Jane!
How are you? Now that you've had some time to try your products, I wanted to check in to see how you're liking everything so far? Let me know if you have any questions.

Once they reply and share their love for their products, here's an example of a follow up email about the business:
Jane,
I'm so happy to hear that! It sounds like you love your Beautycounter products as much as I do. Have you considered sharing the Beautycounter love with your friends and family? You can earn up to 35% commission by starting your own Beautycounter business, and get a 25% discount on all of your products. It may or may not be for you, but it would be so much fun to work together and since you're successful at everything you do, I know you would be amazing at this too. Can I send you some info to take a peek at?

Follow up 2 months after initial order (put it in your calendar so you don't forget):
1. Check in. They may be running low at this point so you want to offer to help them replenish their products and suggest complementary products for them to consider.
2. Encourage them to sign up as a Band of Beauty member (if they aren't already) when they place their next order. Share the benefits.
3. If they're already a Band of Beauty member, let them know how much credit they have to use towards their next order.
Here's an example of a follow up email:
Hi Jane,
How are you?
I'm checking in to see how you're doing with your Beautycounter goodies. I’m so glad the makeup remover wipes are back! I stocked up, too.
If you are running low on anything from Beautycounter, you can always order directly through my website or feel free to let me know what you want and I can place the order for you.
