Part of our job as clean beauty consultants is to let our clients and network know when they can buy their favourite clean products at a discount and save their hard-earned dollars!
One system that shows your clients extra care is to personally message/email clients & members the night before (or morning of) a sale/promotion to let them know the details of the sale and the items you personally feel are great to stock up on right now.
You can use your back office in Behind the Counter to bring up your client list with emails, sort it using the search button and/or filters, and even export it into a spreadsheet. A simple way to reach all your clients via email is to use the "BCC section" when sending an email. This allows you to send the same message to multiple people while keeping their personal information private. Most importantly, do what works for you and your clients!
Sorting (and exporting) your client list from Behind the Counter and sending a separate message to your Member group with a slightly different message than your Client group (not Members) is another way to make this more personal.
Share on social media: ways to save money on top quality clean beauty, your favourite products at the moment, details of the sale (remind them when it ends!)
Offer a local Group/Bulk Order during the sale to enjoy a higher discount plus no shipping fees
Happy <spring>, <Wednesday>, <weekend>, etc...!

Offer your clients "shopping or referral links". This is a great way for them to share their love of clean beauty with friends and family while enjoying the opportunity to earn some host rewards with minimal effort. Set them up with a link (create a pop-up), send them the link to share, and give them a few words to say...easy peasy!
LIVE videos, demo videos, reels, posts, your faves, etc. Do this WORK SESSION ON CREATING CONTENT.
Make your list and check it twice! Write down everyone you think of, pull up your client list from BTC, and send a message to ALL! Offering them a chance to enjoy clean beauty at a discount is offering them exceptional service! They'll be so grateful! Use this CONTACT LIST to help in getting names down on paper.
Always send more than one message...ideally 3! When the sale begins, a day or two before the sale ends, and on the last day of the sale (within hours of it ending).
HAVE FUN!!!! Being able to offer a discount makes getting safer products into the hands of everyone just that much easier! Share your excitement with the people on your list and they'll feel it!
