My approach is to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, beliefs and behavioural patterns, with a view to developing your emotional intelligence and creating new options and outcomes for yourself. Because I am mindful of how challenging it can be to come to therapy, I generally adopt a conversational counselling style that helps the client to gradually feel comfortable with being simultaneously alone with themselves and yet together with another.
