Rates
$225 - $250 per therapeutic hour (45-60 minute session).

We believe everyone should have access to affordable mental health care. Limited sliding-scale appointments are available, please inquire.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? I am an out-of-network provider.

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

• CPT Codes: 90834 and 90837

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, credit card, Venmo and checks are accepted for payment and must be paid at the time services are rendered. Failure to pay for services in a timely fashion will result in services being terminated. This office does not accept any insurance plans, but a superbill for services rendered will be provided for your use in seeking insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy
In order to ensure that we can provide the best possible care and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have a cancellation fee policy. When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that specific time slot exclusively for you. This means that our therapists set aside their valuable time and resources to be available for your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid incurring a $225 cancellation fee.
