Workshop Cancellation Policy

A participant is financially responsible for the workshop reservation made.

1. If the participant needs to cancel before the end of the registration period, notify the registrar and monies will be refunded minus a handling fee of $10.  In person participants will be given the option to convert to "ghost" prior to refund being issued.

2. If the participant cancels after registration has closed:

   1. If there is a waiting list and the position is filled by the waiting list, the participant is refunded the fees paid minus a handling fee of $10 if deemed appropriate.

   2. If there is no waiting list the participant may try to fill the position on their own (someone from her chapter, or another EGA member).

   3. If the position is not filled the participant is responsible for the entire fee (deposit, class, and kit). If the participant was "In Person" they will be converted to "Ghost" and the kit will be mailed to them.

Contracts are made with teachers and supplies/kits are assembled well before the workshop is held. All are based on registration.
