Review and approve renewable and thermal energy projects, including solar farms, small hydroelectric plants, and thermal power plants, ensuring compliance with civil, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Participate in the Commission, which coordinated all relevant provincial departments and ministries, integrating multidisciplinary evaluation of technical and environmental aspects.
